Capability to switch CloudSim's mode during the competition #249

During the dry-run, I met some errors which is difficult to reproduce in a local PC somehow. So, I think it is better if we can switch the CloudSim's mode (Practice <-> Competition) to debug and improve software between the team's challenges with some procedure.

Would that be possible?

Unfortunately, it won't be possible to activate practice mode for a team during the competition. Debugging can be done before the competition starts.

Until what time is the cloudsim available for practice?

Practice mode will be terminated one hour before the competition (6 am PDT). All running constellations will be terminated then.
