Recent changes in VRX changed the location of xacros within the VRX repository. PR includes modifications to use new locations in VRX.
Also modified mesh files to correct errors when using robot_state_publisher and RVZ
Test with roslaunch vorc_gazebo marina.launch, but the more pressing need for these changes is the applications in the repository for the ME4823 class, e.g., roslaunch mrc_examples marina_1x.launch
