GUI/Overlay to Gazebo to help with debug #102

create a graphical overlay onto gazebo with help full information about the world the team is currently operating in and how they are doing as opposed to having six or seven rostopic echo terminals running.

ie: a compas to indicate wind direction, what task is being attempted, how many collisions and with what.

Tyler, I thought you were going to work on the Docker infrastructure next. Marshall had some interest in this issue too. We can always split it if this is something that interests you as well.

Oh yeah absolutely. I finished up my other PR’s and I didn’t see the Docker issue posted yet, so I just wanted to keep working. Marshall Rawson (MarshallRawson) feel free to work off of what I have or just start fresh :slight_smile: Carlos, could you please link me to the Docker issue? I don’t think I see it on the Issues page yet. Thanks!

Another idea could be to add a checkbox to enable/disable joystick teleoperation. This is probably more convenient than launching an extra launch file.
