Simplify ROS Intro hero text #38

It's not quite simple enough

Rewrote it as:

"The Robot Operating System (ROS) is a set of software libraries and tools that help you build robot applications. From drivers to state-of-the-art algorithms, and with powerful developer tools, ROS has what you need for your next robotics project. And it's all open source."

And I committed a file containing the hero text. We'll use that file as the canonical reference for the text and deploy it by copying and pasting from there into the web interface (to avoid losing content due to the apparent bug in the quickslider widget).
