[Bug] Settings wont save #10

BUG: After restarting client the settings and hotkeys don't save

Where: Anywhere

Features enabled: None

Errors in console: None to report

You said the settings and hotkeys don't save on restart - does this include the game sync options as well?

Also - I'm thinking this is a sandbox conflict - does this issue happen only when sandbox/proxied?

All echo settings are affected

I tested with and without sandboxie and the issue still persists
