The items-complete.json is outdated by 5 months could you update it or let us know where to get it.

Looks like it's gone out of date at the same time the author stopped committing (October last year).

You can, however, generate your own updated copy with the tool: https://github.com/osrsbox/osrsbox-db/tree/master/scripts/items
