Rename 'redis' OCP service to 'redis-cache', set reasonable password default #415

We use 'redis-cache' in the docker compose, so renaming the service will hopefully allow for a no-problems redeployment.

The redis instance (a red hat image with lots of config) will require a password. Set the password for all instances in the environment.
