Dash bootstrap components upgrade changed styling #546

541 updates dash bootstrap components to use a new component. This also applies a bootstrap update that changes the styling a bit. The two major things that are changed is the app is zoomed in and the tabs are highlighted. Investigate if and how we can change it back with custom styling
