Change lottery factor graph to bar chart #615

I think this probably needs to be a bar chart excluding Other / None, but I also think there's some thing wrong with the current graph. When I exclude other / none from the legend, the top contributor in the CHAOSS org only has 3 contributions, and I got something similar for another search. Update: There was something wrong with the graph and now that it is fixed it looks correct. the pie + line chart combo fills the gaps necessary
