For consumers interested in deploying a production instance of 8Knot, could you consider creating a guide?

Example deployment configs e.g., how are the public instances deployed right now?

Hey @justaugustus

Yeah that's a good idea. Our deployment is open re: all of our k8s 'kustomize' manifests are under the '8knot/openshift' directory, but those are definitely fairly idiomatic to our cluster setup.
