Hello, I am Mahima Churi a proud contributor of Hacktoberfest 2023. I would like to work on this project, so if you think this issue is legit kindly assign me this issue under Hacktoberfest.

Issue Description: This issue suggests creating a new command to fetch GitHub issues for a specific repository.
