add loader when data is fetching #96

In this milestone, I have achieved the following;

Add a "loading" component
Show loading when data is fetching from the server This PR is a fix for this issue - https://github.com/oss-slu/DroneWorld/issues/94

Hello Alhajideen,

Thank you for your pull request and for your hard work on this. You did an excellent job. However, after reviewing the problem, it appears that the issue should not have been created in the first place. Adding a loading UI component could introduce additional loading time in some scenarios. Once again, thank you for your contribution.
