Move data collection from CSV to experiment file

Currently, the data collection is done by saving to a CSV file, and it needs to be changed to just be on the experiment file.

What is required for this issue to be completed:

• [x] Create a table on the database of the experiment file for data collection
• [x] Create functions to interact with the created table
  • [x] Add a data entry to the table for a given date, animal ID, and measurement
  • [x] Change a measurement for a specific data entry
  • [x] Get all of the data entries on a specified date
• [x] Connect the created functions to work with the UI of the data collection page
