Fixes #156
What was changed?
Files where moved into other directories according to the issue. Unused files we're deleted.
Why was it changed?
The code base was pretty disorganized, so going through and cleaning up the organizations as well as removing unused files.
How was it changed?
Files were moved to more appropriate folders, and less files are left in the root directory.
