Data collection 'start' button does nothing #215

Describe the bug + expected behavior On the Data Collection page, the 'start' button performs no action and throws an IndexError. The button should bring up another page where the user would then begin scanning and weighing animals. data_collection

Closed since the behavior outlined in this issue was fixed with 08e21559b1844a06e28bc3db21c20b3fa033387e.
