Overhaul home page #225

Describe the feature that you would like added Currently the home page of Mouser only lets you progress to the app's core functionality through a small file drop down in the corner of the screen. This goes against core UI design requirements by the client. Look at the screenshot provided at the difference between these file drop down options and how the experiment menu implements its options.

I quite like the mouser logo and banner that features a short introduction and tutorial of the app. I think we should experiment with designs that allow us to keep it while adding bigger, easier to click buttons like in the experiment menu.
