Format New Custom Exam Sheet with Bubbles for Student ID and Key ID

Modify custom exam sheet format that aligns closely with the traditional Scantron sheet layout. This new sheet will serve as a template for future exam grading, and it must be user-friendly and easily printable. The goal is to match the visual style of a Scantron sheet but with our own customizable features.

Requirements:

• [x] Bubbles for Student ID and Key ID: Include areas for students to fill in their Student ID and a separate section for the Key ID, both using fillable bubbles.
• [x] Scaling and Alignment: The layout should maintain a similar structure to a Scantron sheet, ensuring that bubbles and text align correctly for accurate scanning and data processing.
• [x] Blank Space: Leave 30% of the right side of the page blank to allow for notes or additional content.

Interactive Buttons:

• [ ] Download Button: Add a button to download the formatted sheet as a PDF.
• [x] Print Button: Include a print button that allows users to print the sheet directly.
• [ ] Go Back Button: Add a button to return to the previous screen or page.
• [x] A4 Size: Ensure the formatted sheet fits within standard A4 paper dimensions.
