What was changed? Updated the server README file with steps to run the server component individually on the Windows system and the project README file with respective links to the files with steps to run the components

Why was it changed? The original documentation lacked clear Windows-specific instructions. This update has the following:

  1. Clear Windows-specific instructions to run the server component.
  2. Added links to the respective files to run the components individually in the project README file.

How was it changed?
