After further discussions with the client scheduled for Wednesday, I'll be enhancing the ORCA webpage in accordance to the prototype created for the new frontend plan.

The changes I made to the code:

shows tag for input file
Search bar for search terms
Search bar for cycles
Dropdown for data extracted with hardcoded values
Dropdown for lines with hardcoded values
Changed the name of the download button from convert

Need to fix errors for:

tags shown for the search terms

@mkalal6 - I have implemented the following for this PR. Please review and let me know your comments.

A tag for the uploaded filename with an option to delete it.
Made the Lines to be extracted field as a dropdown. The Line number input field will be displayed only when FIRST and LAST values are selected.
Removed total lines and use of total lines.
Search query card to be displayed only when there is at least one Uploaded file and Search term.
