Cache, skeletons, image compression

My issue for the coming sprint is to optimize and cache responses and image loading throughout the app. Things to consider:

• [ ] Image loading optimization (possible lazy loading)
• [ ] Component skeleton rendering (Shadcn/ui Component)
• [ ] Saving the notes to the webpage to speed up load times
