1 [Feature]: Added HomeScreen, Navbar and Footer

Added a header with a logo.
Created a menu with links to Home, About, Contribute, Contact, and Tools.
Added a footer.
Ensured the design is responsive across all devices.
Followed the layout from the provided image.
