Fixes #2 Added the four tools with their logos, descriptions, and links inside of the tools page. Did this by making a separate file for tools (tools.js), because we will be adding more tools later on. I also made a tools.html for the tools page. Changed how some of the code was formatted and added a few comments for easier readability.
