Currently, all the available shelters are being displayed on the Sign-Up For Shifts page without an option to Search and the user has to go through the entire list of shelters to choose the one they want.

As a user, it would be easy for me if provided with an option to Search for the shelter that I want to volunteer for.
Add a search option on the Sign-Up For Shifts page. On giving 5 or more characters of the shelter name, it should filter the list of shelters that matches the word.
This issue can be closed upon the completion of the below issues
