Added wireframes for Shelter Dashboard, Shift Details, Request for help, All upcoming requests Page in Figma.

Why was it changed?
A part of the application needs shelters to login and manage their requirements through shelter dashboard, created a lo-fi prototype that can be used as a reference when being implemented into code.

To have a reference design to develop it into shelter dashboard code, designed a wireframe.
