Leverage Automake's TAP protocol support to improve the MaRC test suite.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Most of the MaRC tests contain many small test cases, but it is currently not possible to tell which individual test case causes the parent test to fail.

Describe the solution you'd like Leverage Automake's TAP protocol support to make it possible to flag which specific test case fails inside a given MaRC test program without adding an external test harness dependency.
