[Feature] Create a Job Market on Jobsika. #352

Description

The idea is to create a new feature on Jobsika where companies can post their job offers. To do this we would need to add two other pages to Jobsika. One for the creation of offers and another where the different job offers would be displayed. This feature will consist of the following elements.

View the different job offers
provide registration of job offers
Write action githubs to regularly post jobs on all our network

How do we handle job offer posting? Do we need registration, or anyone can post?

As we will plannig to generate son incomes with such a project it will be nice to have a way to manage users. But we can use an open source project to manage ours users. something like Supertokens or keycloak

but we can also allow anybody to post

I think super token is a great choice, they have and SDK for both language we use on frontend and backend. And in plus they have a password less feature, that would be a great UX idea for us.

We are trying to make the more easy experience possible, if a person does't have to remember a pasword for our platform that match both our goal.
