Add a link and pages for communities #159

There are also communities in Cameroon. It will be great if they are also listed on the website.

Hi @jefcolbi, that seems like a great suggestion. Can you tell us where we can find a list of cameroonian communities we can use to populate this page ? Maybe you can provide us with some community names and informations already ?

you can search google it like: name of framework/language + cameroon/city

python cameroon laravel cameroon google developers yaounde mozilla yaoundé etc...
