This addition to the README will at as a starting point for a complete guide of Open Source Contribution.

* Add text from open source meetup
* Add about open source contribution intro paragraph

It would be useful to have additional resources from the Ruby Open Source Workshop planning doc added. Though expanding the guide might require some more content structure. Maybe we could structure it similar to: https://github.com/open-source-society/computer-science https://playbook.thoughtbot.com/

Any ideas?
