This cleans up a lot of what I think was breaking the documentation.
Since the site has moved to atomic hosted assets, and we don't use the sphinx stuff for it, that can be removed.
Highlights:
Clean up a few warnings here and there.
Get rid of some old and/or inaccurate information.
Remove some old references (rootcheck analysis stuff), it's ugly and old. Full of warnings that I don't want to fix right now. If people want it, we can come up with something eventually, but it's low priority.
Remove the ablog. The posts are in the git repo if anyone wants them. They can also be converted at some point to static pages as more accessible archives.
There are a lot of things still to clean up, but this is a start.
The documentation is a couple of releases behind at this point. Pulling in updates from my documentation do-over is a good next step.

With these changes, RTD seems to be working again: https://ossec-docs.readthedocs.io/en/redo/
