What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
<Module file="$(InPath)\Release\project.dll">
    <SkipNamespace name="SomeNamespace" />
</Module>

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version.

Please provide any additional information below.
Great product!
Easy to get started, no wierd dependencys.
Well suited for a build script.

Something like <SkipType attrib="public|protected" /> would do it well for me 
too.

With version 1.5 the attrib attribute is evaluated correctly.
There are two possible values: 'public' and 'protected' (which includes public)
