[TAC Request] TAC Technical Vision Discussion #13

At the next GC the TAC would like to discuss our Technical Vision for the foundation(1). These updates were approved and merged by the TAC back in May(2). It would be good to discuss them in this Governance Committee forum to ensure alignment and collect feedback on any next steps.

This issue has been closed. The Technical Vision was discussed with the TIs at the Strategic Summit I.
