Develop centralized Target Personas, Dictionary for OpenSSF across WGs #6

Several groups across the foundation have developed their own artifacts (personas, dictionaries, etc.). It would be great to have one consolidated place that spans the whole ossf to house these types of things

Yes, that would be super helpful for outreach, messaging and branding.

The Security Toolbelt is addressing some of this (personas/use cases/threat models): https://github.com/ossf/Diagrammers-Society/tree/main/SecurityToolbelt. As personas and use cases 1.0 are finalized, i will post gh doc link
