Added "watchers" metric and "about/summary" section from Github #58

• Replacing "stars" with "watchers" to get more accurate assessment of the popularity of a project • Utilizing the about/summary section from Github for the summary section of the dashboard

Closing temporarily to make changes. It may be cleaner to instead get the "watchers" attribute straight from the criticality project rather than generating it here.
