Potential SIG on AI vulnerability disclosure #19

On the 6/24 meeting there was a discussion that maybe we'd like to start a SIG on AI vulnerability disclosures. We did not have enough quorum since there to discuss what this SIG would work on exactly, what is the intent and the scope of the SIG.

So, opening an issue to handle this offline and, when and whether we have a clear scope, start the SIG with correct information

We will first reach out to the existing vulnerability disclosure working group to see if tehre are differences w.r.t. ML that would warrant a different group or we can merge the efforts.
