Document limitations on automatically tracked projects #73

Following the discussion in https://github.com/UlisesGascon/openssf-scorecard-monitor/pull/68#discussion_r1458529735, I've filed a separate PR to note that projects automatically tracked by Scorecard do not include certain categories of checks.
