Adding 377 Intel owned repositories that aren't currently scanned by Scorecard.

The current behavior misses 377 existing Intel managed open source repositories.

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?**

This patch adds all existing Intel managed open source repositories that Scorecard misses.
