Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The scorecard docker images that are GitHub should be removed.

Describe the solution you'd like Delete the docker images from GitHub as it is being published in gcr.io

I have deleted the docker images from the GitHub Registry. The official images are available in gcr gcr.io/openssf/scorecard
