New issue template development for TI updates #326

The TAC would like to work with PMO staff member to create an issue template for TIs to attach their TAC update slides to in advance of the TAC call in which they provide an update so the TAC can review it asynch prior to the TAC call. Please and thank you!

How is this issue progressing? Has it gone stale and how can I revive it?

@lehors has merged in the PR. If that is the path desired, then this can be closed. We just need to start pointing WG leds to this instead of the ppt. @redenmartinez

I should have noted in PR #327 that it closes this issue so that when @SecurityCRob merged it this issue got automatically closed. PR #327 uses a PR rather than an issue but the result is the same and this can therefore be closed.
