Updated readme/documentation #3

Suggest updates to consolidate documentation across a few Google Docs as well as adding most up to date meeting information.

@jchestershopify - I think I got all of the issues you found updated. However, the case/capitalization for End User/end user might have a straggler or two. Let me know if there is anything else.

@jchestershopify I think we are good to go with this update. What's the process for getting it merged? Does it need another review?

I'm not sure who has the merge bits on this repo. Might be worth asking in #wg_end_users.

At the least, the WG lead is supposed to have merge bits. In this case, it's Jon Meadows, who I believe is the same as Jonathan Meadows @jonmuk. However, @jonmuk's invitation for the merge bit has expired. Is that the correct GitHub account name for Jon? i can resend the merge bit, but I want to make sure it goes to the right person :-).

@jonmuk - something happened and your invitation to be project maintainer expired. To retrigger the invitation I removed you & re-added you as maintainer of this repository (for this working group). Let operations (at) openssf dot org know if you have problems accepting the re-invitation. I want to make sure you have the commit bit as expected! Once you have it, you can accept this pull request (and any others).
