This is a copy of the document "Threats, Risks, and Mitigations in the Open Source Ecosystem" (v1.1) written in Markdown. I hope there aren't any typos.

I have improved the quality of the images and I have added alternative texts to the images. I'm not sure that my choices to make the document more accessible are good, but I have tried to follow these two guidelines:

"Accessibility For Everyone" by Laura Kalbag (Chapter: Graphs and infographics, page 81)
WebAIM, web accessibility in mind

Every contribute to improve this document and make it more accessible is welcome 🏳️‍🌈
