Add link to the current list & provide a brief explanation #37

People are starting to look for the current list - we need to show it so people can easily find it, and make it easy for people to understand how this list was created.

Seems reasonable. The links are working and the basic info is there. We will continue to curate and improve the list and process(es). Thank you!
