VOTE - Creation of APAC-friendlier time for WG call #118

There is a request from members from APAC to adjust this working group meeting time so that they are better able to attend. To that end we'd like to see the group's feelings on a few options:

Please express your opinion by 30Nov2022

Do we know the APAC countries from where we have participants interested to join? I am in India, and for myself (and my team) if we move this meeting a couple of hours earlier, it would help. It may help Europe colleagues too.

I'd vote for [B] or [C].

[B] If APAC TZ would like to meet and contribute to projects more regularly. [C] If the group in APAC TZ has less bandwidth to join calls and prefers more async contributions. I'd be curious to hear people chime in from APAC TZ with their preferences. What are people living in APAC TZ's thoughts?

How does everyone feel about trying [B] and checking in next quarter to see what attendance and participation are like, then survey again to see how it's going?

Agree with the comment from today's call that more async work would be helpful for everyone.

great idea to try [B] for a while and see what the participation is like, and default to [C]
