Added all templates and documentation for the SOSS_Community_Day_NA_2024 scenario including; readme template attackflow file scenario description and objectives

amended commit history for DCO compliance to merge into main

@SecurityCRob apologies, more nuisance for you, amended scenario from codename to SOSS Community day and relevant hierarchy naming convention changes, fixed the previous DCO compliance issues and conflict with readme.md

This should be the final PR for the SOSS Community day, outside of any additional collateral / documentation that was produced prior to the community day that may be relevant to the template or future scenarios, many thanks
