New WG meeting time #63

I created a Doodle to pick a new WG meeting time that would work for more participants:

Please use this to indicate time that would work for you.

In addition to the new time, we should also revisit the cadence. The "every third week" schedule was inherited from the OSSC, and now we should come up with something that works for all of us.

Looking at other OpenSSF WGs, it seems that bi-weekly meetings are popular option.

Perhaps this is a better idea than the current schedule?

Based on the Doodle poll we have a clear winner that is:

4:00 PM GMT / 8:00 AM PT on Mondays

I will adjust the current meeting time to the winner time and change the cadence to bi-weekly.

The second most popular options were:

  1. 5:00 PM GMT / 9:00 AM PT on Mondays
  2. 8:00 PM GMT / 12:00 PM PT also on Mondays

I feel that option 1. does not make much of a difference with the winning option (it's just 1 hour later).

Option 2. is interesting as it would be an alternative that's more convenient for folks on the West Coast.

Would this be of interest, or should we stick the winner time?
