Regarding the current error message:

 ValueError: Unable to find or load pyspelling configuration from .pyspelling.yml, for more details on configuration please read https://facelessuser.github.io/pyspelling/configuration/
 Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

I think that the .pyspelling.yml should go to the root of the repository
