Can we do that? and copy paste?

nope, not yet that's probably a reasonable feature, though

could you elaborate a little on the use cases where this would have been useful to you ?

Its a matter of visual cleanliness- If I need to add a child after I created all the others and its more related to the beginning of the list I get something like pos4 amp random pos3 pos2 pos1 also I dont like creating the numbers from the end... another example now I need to make a cue list so Id like to keep them in order of playing...

it's also interesting, because you assume that the messages will be output in the order in which they are displayed in the DE (which is also my case, and I find this convenient)

Adding my 2 cents to this thread. When declaring multiple addresses on an OSCquery device in Max, I get something like the picture below. I would better have band.1 showing on top of the list :)
