Few but fundamental changes to map projection image-to-map params usage (rotation, GSD, tiepoint).
Changes to ossimEquDistCylProjection after changes in base class.
Changes to GeoTIFF parsing to accommodate image-model transform.
This needs full batch testing but I don't expect any significant deviations.
Need to add a test case for rotated map image.
