Feature/67/adding global state for transaction list

• add global state for transactions list,
• add fetching transaction list
• add helper function that will trigger fetching new transaction list after any update (adding, editing or deleting transaction from db),
• add useContext to pass mention above function down to particular components

need someone to check if the code is alright before making changes in other components to pass transaction list with useContext and trigger update when user make changes to db

only the last commit with tag [67] is new, the rest is from not merged yet branch (home page latest transaction component)
