Adding post install script #41

Hi,

I had difficulty when installing the project because of my outdated node js. Maybe it's a good idea to add post-install script that gives suggestions on what to updates and so on

Hi @raymerta , that's a nice idea, could you tell me your os, your node version as well as what issues you encountered when you tried to set up this project?

I am using OSX, my default node js version was 6.2.2. Everything works well after I use node js 8.12.0

Thank you for the info, I've added a note at the top of the Readme for now but a script would be a really nice addition : )

I can help writing the post-install script. It can be useful if in the future there are more dependencies and things to be cautioned
