In the breport mail, we want to see DISABLED, but no ERRORs #29

If the host is DISABLED, we do not want to see the last FAILED cause.

Otherwise it looks like it's "still broken", when we probably disabled it after we removed the host intentionally.

Thank you captain hindsight for the ticket. Fixed in 1fec1614014a36c7d4adf4af8a0cfaf0848b824f
